How it all started
Don Hines AKA "JREAM" was blessed with the gift of comedy. As a young boy growing up in North Carolina, he would take his trials and tribulations and turn those experiences into laughter. He was always the center of attention, especially at family and friend gatherings. He always loved to make people laugh, especially his family. He used laughter as a means of bonding the family together particularly during times of struggles. The moment of truth came when he stepped out on faith in 2005. He entered the Tri-State talent show at Delaware State University. The competition was fierce and he was the only comedian to perform against a wide variety of incredible talent. It was in 2005 that he won first place, he has not stopped. Later in 2005 he gave his life to Christ and JREAM (Jesus Rules Everything Around Me) was born.
JREAM has been blessed to serve thousands of people in many states with his gift of comedy. He has shared the stage with gospel and R and B artists such as Stacey Lattisaw, Marette Brown Clark, Norman Hutchins and John Gray, just to name a few. It was through powerful encouragement from John Gray that JREAM has reallyembrassed his gift of comedy.
JREAM is married to the love of his life Deborah and they share three beautiful daughters, Tiara, Ashley and Tajah. He holds a degree in Theology and serves as a member of Kingdom Empowerment Christian Church under the great leadership of Pastors Mason and Kimberly McGill in Dover, DE. JREAM truly believes that laughter is good like a medicine for the soul and his goal is to keep you with a daily dose.JREAM continues to break down barriers by spreading his gift of comedy in a variety of culturally diverse venues. All material is clean, family oriented and a blessing to all. He is available to make your event one that your family and friends will never forget.
